Job Description

The Customer Service Lead at Burlington Stores is an important role that requires a special set of skills and abilities. Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered • Create and implement customer service policies and procedures • Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback to team members • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner • Analyze customer service data and identify areas for improvement • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers • Train and mentor customer service team members • Ensure customer service standards are maintained • Assist in developing customer loyalty programs • Develop and implement customer feedback systems
