Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Lead to join our team at Burlington Stores! If you have experience providing excellent service, training and motivating customer service teams, and have a passion for leading others to success, this is the perfect role for you. Our ideal candidate has a customer-centric attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for fostering an enjoyable and productive customer service environment.To be considered for this position, you must have 3+ years’ experience in a customer service or retail leadership role, with a proven track record of success. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and be a highly organized individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you must possess a positive attitude and possess the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities:

  1. Train, lead and motivate a customer service team.
  2. Maintain a customer-centric attitude and promote an enjoyable and productive customer service environment.
  3. Establish and maintain effective communication with team members and customers.
  4. Identify and resolve customer service issues.
  5. Monitor customer service metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Manage customer service inquiries, escalations, and complaints.
  7. Develop strategies to improve customer service processes and operations.
  8. Create and enforce customer service policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Manage, coach, and mentor team members to ensure performance standards are met and exceeded.
