You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and be a highly organized individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you must possess a positive attitude and possess the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Responsibilities:
- Train, lead and motivate a customer service team.
- Maintain a customer-centric attitude and promote an enjoyable and productive customer service environment.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with team members and customers.
- Identify and resolve customer service issues.
- Monitor customer service metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer service inquiries, escalations, and complaints.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service processes and operations.
- Create and enforce customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and mentor team members to ensure performance standards are met and exceeded.
