
Customer Service Lead

We are now seeking a Customer Service Lead to join us in our commitment to customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to build relationships with customers. They will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and have excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to customers by answering inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive rapport with them.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills to address customer issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with training and development of customer service staff.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and answer product-related inquiries.
- Monitor store metrics related to customer service performance.
