
Customer Service Lead
At Burlington Stores, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Lead to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and takes pride in their work. The successful applicant should have the ability to think outside the box to solve customer issues, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for building relationships with customers.Required qualifications include:• 5+ years of customer service experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a timely manner• Proficiency with computers and various software programs• Knowledge of customer service best practices• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor others
Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, working to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. • Utilize customer service best practices to maintain a positive customer experience. • Lead, motivate, and mentor customer service representatives on the team. • Monitor customer service metrics to ensure goals are met on a daily basis. • Develop and implement new customer service policies and procedures. • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. • Stay up-to-date with changes in customer service technology. • Train customer service representatives on new systems and products. • Ensure customer service representatives are adhering to company policies and procedures.
