
Customer Service Lead
At Burlington Stores, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our business, working with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience. As the Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues, and assisting with customer loyalty programs.The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is highly organized. A successful Customer Service Lead will have a strong background in customer service and experience with customer loyalty programs. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolution.

- Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
