Cloud Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing cloud technology solutions to help improve our organization's agility and scalability. This position requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as experience with the following technologies: Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and/or other cloud technologies. In addition, you must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment, as well as a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement cloud-based technology solutions to improve the organization's agility and scalability.
2. Monitor the performance of cloud-based applications and services to ensure optimal performance and security.
3. Create and maintain technical documentation of cloud-based solutions and processes.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-based problems and issues.
5. Research and analyze cloud technology trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement cloud-based solutions.
7. Provide technical guidance and training to other members of the organization.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with cloud technology vendors.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Provide customer service and support as needed.
