1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using cash registers and other equipment.
4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
5. Keep abreast of current promotions and sales to effectively communicate them to customers.
6. Handle customer returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.

13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
14. Monitor and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to management.
