  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using a cash register or other forms of payment
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and surrounding areas
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions
  • Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor as needed
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees
  • Keep up-to-date on product knowledge to accurately answer customer inquiries and make recommendations
