1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
2. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
5. Follow all store policies and procedures, including cash handling and customer service guidelines.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
7. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash count and register reconciliation.
8. Upsell and cross-sell products and promotions to customers at the checkout.
9. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to accurately process discounts and coupons.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
12. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe shopping environment.
13. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
14. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
15. Perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
