- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including the handling of returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Upsell and promote store credit card and loyalty programs to customers.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions to assist customers with their shopping needs.

- Follow closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the store.
