  1. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or other electronic payment system.
  2. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  4. Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering any questions they may have.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process for customers.
  6. Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling and loss prevention measures.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service expectations.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
  10. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  12. Assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as restocking merchandise and maintaining cleanliness.
  13. Report any safety or security concerns to management immediately.
  14. Attend and actively participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  15. Demonstrate reliability and punctuality by adhering to scheduled shifts and arriving on time.
