Cashier Associate

Burlington Stores is seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Cashier Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, the Cashier Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently completing transactions. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Accurately process customer payments using cash registers, credit/debit card terminals, and other POS devices
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Stock shelves and displays as needed
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures
• Follow all store safety and security procedures
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed
