Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient customer service • Operate cash register and process credit and debit card payments • Maintain an accurate and organized cash drawer • Answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints • Assist customers with purchases and locate product information • Stock shelves and organize merchandise • Follow all store safety and security protocols • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Meet or exceed customer service and sales goals • Work as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner • Assist with store opening and closing procedures
