- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Ensure all merchandise is scanned and priced correctly
- Handle returns and exchanges in a timely and courteous manner
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, returns, exchanges, and discounts
- Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Continuously develop product knowledge to assist customers with their shopping needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner

- Assist with restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor as needed
