  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or other electronic payment system.
  3. Maintain a neat and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
  6. Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  7. Promote and upsell store products and services to customers.
  8. Assist with maintaining and restocking merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
  9. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and fellow team members.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide a positive shopping experience.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the work environment.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings as required by management.
  14. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
