As a Cashier Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  3. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and give correct change to customers.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  5. Scan and bag items for customers, ensuring their purchases are handled with care.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  7. Promote store credit card and loyalty program to customers.
  8. Keep up-to-date on all store promotions and sales to accurately inform customers.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales by upselling and cross-selling products.
  12. Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
  13. Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
