  1. Greeting and welcoming customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Efficiently and accurately completing transactions at the register.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
  5. Scanning and bagging items for customers while maintaining a fast pace.
  6. Handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and honesty.
  7. Following all cash handling and register policies and procedures.
  8. Assisting customers with locating products and making recommendations.
  9. Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
  10. Maintaining knowledge of store promotions, policies, and procedures.
  11. Handling customer returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
  12. Keeping track of inventory levels and alerting management when items are running low.
  13. Communicating any customer feedback or issues to the appropriate team members.
  14. Adhering to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience for customers.
