1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Accurately and efficiently process transactions using the POS system.
4. Count and handle cash and credit card payments according to company procedures.
5. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise and tidying shelves.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
7. Multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service expectations.
11. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
12. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.
13. Adhere to cash handling and register balancing procedures.
14. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
