  1. Assist experienced buyers in researching and identifying the latest fashion trends.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new and emerging brands and products.
  3. Help with the selection and procurement of new merchandise for the store.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
  5. Participate in vendor meetings and negotiations.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and orders.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as planning and allocation, visual merchandising, and marketing.
  8. Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports to track product performance.
  9. Attend buying and trade shows to gain knowledge of the industry and potential new products.
  10. Provide support in conducting competitive analysis and pricing research.
  11. Help with the creation of product assortments and placement strategies.
  12. Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  13. Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
