6. Monitor and analyze employee relations trends.
7. Maintain knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
8. Prepare and present reports to senior management on employee relations issues.
9. Participate in internal investigations and disciplinary actions.
10. Manage and facilitate employee training and development programs.
