Asset Protection Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of Asset Protection Associates to ensure the safety and security of the store and its assets.
2. Develop and implement strategies to prevent and reduce losses, including theft, fraud, and operational errors.
3. Monitor and analyze store operations to identify potential areas of risk and implement corrective actions.
4. Train and coach team members on asset protection techniques and company policies and procedures.
5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
6. Collaborate with store management to address any security or safety concerns and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations and report findings to the appropriate parties.
8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in asset protection and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Work with law enforcement and legal teams to investigate and prosecute cases of theft or fraud.
10. Provide excellent customer service and act as a role model for the team by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times.
11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.
12. Handle escalated situations and make decisions in a timely and effective manner.
13. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members for their professional development.
15. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and team goals.
16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
17. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the store and the company.
