
Asset Protection Supervisor

- Oversee and manage the asset protection team to ensure the safety and security of our company's assets, customers, and associates.
- Develop and implement strategies and procedures to prevent losses and protect assets.
- Monitor and analyze store activity and security systems to identify potential threats and risks.
- Train and educate associates on asset protection policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve any security incidents or breaches.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security incidents and investigations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection.
- Participate in hiring and training of new asset protection team members.
- Provide guidance and support to associates on asset protection and safety-related matters.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders regarding security and safety issues.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improving asset protection strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Knowledge Of Security And Surveillance Systems, As Well As Inventory Control And Auditing Procedures.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop A Team Of Asset Protection Associates.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Focus On Preventing And Mitigating Loss.
Familiarity With Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Asset Protection, Including Theft And Fraud Prevention, As Well As Safety And Security Protocols.
