Asset Protection Supervisor

3. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with store management to address any security concerns and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Train and educate associates on proper security procedures and protocols.
6. Monitor and review surveillance footage to identify any suspicious activity.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in asset protection techniques.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports related to incidents, investigations, and losses.
9. Communicate effectively with store management and corporate teams regarding any security issues or concerns.
10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
11. Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergency situations.
12. Manage and control access to sensitive areas of the store.
13. Conduct regular inventory checks to detect any discrepancies or potential losses.
14. Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for open asset protection positions.
15. Foster a positive and safe work environment for all associates.
