- Develop and execute project plans for new store openings, remodels, and renovations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Oversee all aspects of architectural design, including space planning, materials selection, and construction documentation.
- Manage and coordinate with external architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and assess existing store conditions to identify potential challenges and develop solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management, addressing any issues or delays as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with all zoning and building codes, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets and contracts, including negotiating pricing and resolving any invoicing discrepancies.
- Conduct thorough reviews of project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in store design and construction, and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on architectural processes and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Architectural Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Architectural Design Principles, Construction Methods, And Building Codes.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Architects, Engineers, And Contractors.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Completing Architectural Projects On Time And Within Budget.
