Analyst - Business Licensing and Permits

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day activities of obtaining and maintaining business licenses and permits.
2. Ensure that all licenses and permits are up-to-date and accurate.
3. Research and stay abreast of local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
4. Work with internal teams to complete applications and ensure all requirements are met for obtaining and renewing licenses.
5. Monitor license and permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
6. Maintain accurate records of all licenses and permits.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to licensing and permitting.
8. Provide customer service as needed to internal and external customers.
9. Assist with other projects as requested.
