- Oversee the allocation and replenishment processes for all stores within the company.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stock shortages.
- Collaborate with various departments to forecast and plan for upcoming sales and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product allocation and distribution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
- Implement efficient allocation strategies to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
- Train and mentor team members on allocation and replenishment processes.
- Continuously review and improve allocation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and other team members to ensure proper execution of allocation plans.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure proper inventory levels for new and seasonal products.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to allocation and replenishment.
- Develop and maintain documentation of allocation processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to allocation and inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in allocation and replenishment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Allocation Or Inventory Management In A Retail Or Distribution Setting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Inventory Management Software.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
