As an Allocation Analyst Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in optimizing merchandise allocation to support the company's growth and profitability. We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in business, mathematics, or a related field, as well as a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills.   • Work closely with the allocation team to support merchandise allocation for all stores
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to optimize merchandise allocation and distribution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as buying, planning, and logistics to ensure efficient and effective allocation processes
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and store performance to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Assist with creating and maintaining allocation reports to track and communicate allocation decisions and results
  • Participate in inventory planning meetings and provide insights and recommendations for future allocation strategies
  • Conduct store visits to gain a better understanding of store needs and provide on-site support and assistance
  • Support the development and implementation of new allocation processes and systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail allocation and apply them to improve current processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and efficient execution of allocation strategies
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
