- Work closely with the allocation team to support merchandise allocation for all stores
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to optimize merchandise allocation and distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as buying, planning, and logistics to ensure efficient and effective allocation processes
- Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and store performance to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Assist with creating and maintaining allocation reports to track and communicate allocation decisions and results
- Participate in inventory planning meetings and provide insights and recommendations for future allocation strategies
- Conduct store visits to gain a better understanding of store needs and provide on-site support and assistance
- Support the development and implementation of new allocation processes and systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail allocation and apply them to improve current processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and efficient execution of allocation strategies
