
Workday HRIS/People Technology Analyst

- Maintain and optimize our HR technology systems, specifically Workday, to ensure smooth and efficient employee operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to gather requirements and implement new system features and updates.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Workday-related inquiries and provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides and training materials, to facilitate the adoption and understanding of HR technology systems.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and increase efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline HR operations and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes within the HR technology systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday and provide training and guidance to HR team members and other employees as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hris Or Similar People Technology System
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Experience With Project Management And Implementation Of New Hris/People Technology Systems
