Job Description

This role will be a key member of the People and Culture department, supporting day-to-day operations from compliance to culture! You will be responsible for initiatives related to Compliance, Data Integrity, Employee Service, Global Mobility, HRIS Administration, HR Analytics, the Internship Program, and Onboarding/Offboarding. Deliver exceptional service as a case manager for HR Operations questions and tickets raised by US employees. Help manage relocation efforts and support immigration and visa sponsorship activities. Design, implement and administer HR business processes related to employee data management, benefits and leave administration, relocation services, and reporting. Oversee and continuously improve employee onboarding and off-boarding. Work closely with the WorkDay team to spearhead improvements to our internal filing and employee data management systems.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an HR Coordinator or Specialist role, preferably in a progressive, high-growth start-up environment

  • At least 2 years working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful to get the job done right, and on time.

  • Current knowledge of pertinent state and federal legal and regulatory legislation in the United States.
