
Payroll & Benefits Administrator
Under the general direction of the Payroll Manager, the Payroll/Benefits Administrator is responsible for providing employees with information related to their Benefits, Payroll, Leave of Absences and answering employee questions related to Human Resources and Payroll. Handles benefit inquiries to ensure timely resolution through carriers, vendors, 3rd party administrators. Works with Human Resources to conduct onboarding process. Helps to resolve payroll discrepancies. Provides systems support of the HRIS, maintaining security, data audits and corrections, service tickets and implementation of new functionalities. Tracks and processes garnishments, and other special payroll deductions such as union dues and initiation.
4+ years payroll and benefits administration experience
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality is a must
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
