Head of Corporate Development

The Head of Corporate Development will help drive Bumble Inc.’s growth and market success through M&A and joint venture opportunities. This role will be Bumble Inc.’s first corporate development hire and will have the opportunity to build a team for this new function. Develop acquisition and joint venture strategy and roadmap and research adjacent markets to identify opportunity prospects. Engage with targets and maintain strong relationships with companies and teams of interest. Lead and work together with our teams to conduct rigorous analysis to provide detailed guidance and insight regarding potential acquisitions. Own deal negotiations, including purchase price, structuring, and deal teams, and guide teams to build financial models to support valuation and establish key benchmarks for post-close planning. Lead due diligence work streams for acquisition opportunities.
