Job Description

Bumble is looking for an enthusiastic and organized FP&A Analyst to play a significant role within the Global FP&A Team. Deliver analysis on monthly financials ensuring accuracy of reporting and trend/variance insight. Own and enhance monthly reports shared with key business stakeholders and Bumble executive leadership. Assist with the standardization of financial and operational processes with a focus on promoting accuracy and efficiency. Lead partnership with the Policy, Social Impact, and the Diversity & Inclusion teams – managing and supporting all aspects of their financial deliverables. Partner with various business teams assisting with modelling and analysis to support business decisions. Ad-hoc modelling, analysis, and reporting for central FP&A team – from high-level summaries to deep diving transactional reports.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in either Commercial Finance or FP&A roles is advantageous

  • Exceptional ability to communicate to both Financial and non-Finance professionals

  • Knowledge and experience in Business Planning Cycles events - inc Budgets, Forecasts, Monthly/Quarterly Reviews

  • A resilient character who can thrive in a high paced a high paced and energetic environment

  • Desire to understand the details of the Business and help bring Bumble’s ambitious plans to life
