3. Assist customers in finding the right product for their needs.
4. Process sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Upsell and cross-sell Buccellati's products to customers.
6. Assist with merchandising and stocking of products on the sales floor.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Follow Buccellati's sales and customer service policies and procedures.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
