Job Description

Are you a highly skilled engineer with a passion for innovative technology? Do you have experience in implementing and supporting PLM solutions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As a Teamcenter Solution Engineer at Brunswick, you will be responsible for driving the development and maintenance of our Teamcenter PLM system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical expertise to optimize our processes.   1. Develop and maintain Teamcenter PLM system for Brunswick, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for the PLM system.
  3. Provide technical expertise and support to optimize processes and workflows within the PLM system.
  4. Continuously identify and implement improvements to the PLM system to enhance its functionality and performance.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the PLM system.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest PLM technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  7. Conduct training and provide guidance to users on how to effectively utilize the PLM system.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the successful implementation and integration of PLM solutions.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for the PLM system, including user guides and technical specifications.
  10. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to the PLM system.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  12. Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment of PLM initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  13. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the PLM team and across the organization.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for PLM and provide guidance and support to other team members.
