Job Description

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Analyst to join the Brunswick team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our supply chain processes. You will be a key player in helping us manage the movement of materials, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the supply chain process, including inventory management and product sourcing. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in logistics, transportation, and warehouse management. Knowledge of ERP systems and a background in accounting is a plus.We are seeking an individual with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders. You should also be detail-oriented and have a strong customer-focus. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the movement of materials, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot supply chain processes and operations.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers.
  4. Optimize the supply chain process for maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and other external stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and report on supply chain performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  7. Utilize ERP systems and accounting software to track and analyze supply chain data.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient and effective operation of the supply chain.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
