They should have at least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a production environment. Additionally, they should have a thorough understanding of quality assurance processes and procedures, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze quality assurance processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
2. Ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of excellence.
3. Develop and implement quality assurance plans and strategies.
4. Analyze data and report findings to senior management.
5. Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure that quality assurance requirements are met.
6. Serve as an advocate for the customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
8. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and training materials.
9. Train and mentor junior staff in quality assurance processes and procedures.
10. Lead internal and external quality assurance audits.
