
Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a combination of technical and customer service skills that allows them to be both an advocate for the customer as well as a champion of quality.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or business management. They should have at least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a production environment. Additionally, they should have a thorough understanding of quality assurance processes and procedures, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze quality assurance processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and strategies.
- Analyze data and report findings to senior management.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure that quality assurance requirements are met.
- Serve as an advocate for the customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and training materials.
- Train and mentor junior staff in quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Lead internal and external quality assurance audits.
