Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring all deadlines are met • Monitor and manage project progress, providing timely updates and reports • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost efficiency • Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and other project participants • Prepare and present project progress summaries to clients and senior management • Coordinate with stakeholders and other departments to ensure successful project completion • Develop best practices and processes to ensure successful project delivery • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure their success • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
