Job Description

At Brunswick, we are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to help lead our teams to success. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of effectively managing projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of project management techniques and methods, as well as experience in developing and executing project plans. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, you should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring all deadlines are met • Monitor and manage project progress, providing timely updates and reports • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost efficiency • Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and other project participants • Prepare and present project progress summaries to clients and senior management • Coordinate with stakeholders and other departments to ensure successful project completion • Develop best practices and processes to ensure successful project delivery • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure their success • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
