Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team at Brunswick. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement and sourcing process to ensure our business objectives are met. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in the procurement field. This position requires a proactive self-starter who is committed to providing excellent service to Brunswick. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for procurement, negotiating contracts and managing vendors.
  2. Analyze suppliers’ pricing and performance data to identify cost savings opportunities.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  4. Develop and implement procedures and policies related to procurement and sourcing.
  5. Monitor adherence to procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
  6. Research and evaluate new vendors and suppliers to ensure the best possible products and services are being sourced.
  7. Monitor market trends and keep abreast of new developments in the procurement field.
  8. Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities and performance.
  9. Create and manage purchase orders and invoices.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other departments when needed.
