Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Brunswick and help us create the best products in the industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering, with experience in a manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing products, as well as troubleshooting and repairing non-conforming products. You must also have at least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

1. Assemble, calibrate and test products in accordance with product specifications.
2. Troubleshoot and repair non-conforming products.
3. Work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and team members.
5. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with established safety protocols.
6. Monitor product quality and take corrective action when needed.
7. Document all work performed in accordance with quality control standards.
8. Monitor and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
9. Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices in manufacturing.
10. Assist in other areas of production as needed.
