Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Brunswick. The successful candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for manufacturing and production. In this role, you will be responsible for executing assembly operations while adhering to safety standards.To be successful as a Manufacturing Technician at Brunswick, you must have experience with manufacturing or production processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines. You should also be able to work independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning and a desire to stay up to date with the latest technologies in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:

1. Execute production assembly operations while adhering to safety standards.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical and/or electrical production issues.
3. Ensure production is done accurately and efficiently.
4. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Maintain accurate records of production, including quantity produced and any errors.
6. Follow instructions and guidelines for production.
7. Work independently and in a team environment when needed.
8. Stay up to date on the latest technologies in the manufacturing industry.

10. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
