- Accurately receive and inspect incoming products from suppliers.
- Organize and maintain inventory by properly labeling, storing, and rotating products.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing products according to customer specifications.
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store products.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by regularly performing inventory counts and restocking shelves.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
- Ensure that all products are handled and stored in accordance with safety standards and protocols.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on new products, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers and suppliers.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Previous Experience In Warehouse Operations Or Inventory Management
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills
Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Up To 50Lbs
Proficient Computer Skills, Including Knowledge Of Inventory Software And Microsoft Office Programs.
