Industrial Designer

You must also be a strong collaborator, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn.The Industrial Designer at Brunswick will be responsible for creating product designs, working with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure that designs are feasible, and ensuring that the designs meet the company's aesthetic standards and customer needs. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial design, or a related field, as well as three years of professional experience in industrial design. Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative product designs that meet customer needs, company aesthetics, and engineering/manufacturing standards
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility
• Create 3D models and prototypes for testing and evaluation
• Develop materials and concepts to communicate product designs
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings of designs
• Research design trends and develop strategies for incorporating them into product designs
• Monitor industry trends and develop design strategies to stay ahead of the competition
• Present design concepts to internal stakeholders for review and feedback
