We are excited to be looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the Brunswick team. This individual will need to be a highly skilled HR professional, with an ability to drive and manage the Human Resources agenda, whilst also developing effective strategies and influencing outcomes. We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering results, has a passion for people, and a strong customer focus.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with the business, and developing relationships with key stakeholders. They will have a strong background in HR, with a strong understanding of change management, talent management, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Brunswick culture, and a commitment to creating a positive working environment.We are looking for an individual who is driven, self-motivated and able to work autonomously. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, with excellent problem solving skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage Human Resources strategies, plans and initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with senior management to provide guidance and advice on HR policies, employment law, and organizational effectiveness.
  3. Partner with the business to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives.
  4. Manage change management initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
  5. Drive talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  6. Oversee performance management programs to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations.
  7. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure employees are well informed and engaged.
  8. Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
  9. Stay up to date on best practices, industry trends, and legal updates related to HR.
  10. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
