Job Description

We are excited to be searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Brunswick. As the HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of the HR team, collaborating with our HR leadership and business leaders to drive the success of our organization.Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this position requires an individual with an exceptional combination of business acumen, interpersonal skills, and HR expertise. You will be the go-to person for human resources related matters, ensuring that all HR initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives.To be successful, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment. You must have experience in employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and compensation and benefits. We also require a deep understanding of HR best practices and current employment laws.In addition, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player. You must be able to build relationships and trust with all levels of staff and management. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the HR leadership and business leaders
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support on best practices, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and compensation and benefits
  • Ensure all HR initiatives are in compliance with current employment laws
  • Build trust and relationships with all levels of staff and management
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment of HR initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Create and maintain detailed records and reports
  • Monitor and analyze HR trends and metrics to ensure HR programs are successful and cost-effective
