
Human Resources Business Partner

In this role, you will be an instrumental part of our HR team, leading key initiatives and providing support to all levels of our organization. To be successful, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong communicator, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR role, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a strong understanding of HR best practices. In addition, you should be an analytical thinker, able to develop creative solutions to complex challenges. You should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and be open to feedback and constructive criticism. Above all, you should have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our organization and our people.
Responsibilities:
- Lead key HR initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide HR advice and support to all levels of the organization.
- Manage employee relations issues and investigations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain HR reporting systems and databases.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to address needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain knowledge of HR best practices and federal/state employment laws.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to inform decision making.
- Participate in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
