We are currently seeking a highly analytical and data-driven HR Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Analyst at Brunswick, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights and recommendations to help drive our organization's talent management and HR initiatives.   1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support the organization's talent management and HR initiatives.
  2. Utilize various HR metrics and analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators.
  3. Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate HR metrics and trends to key stakeholders.
  5. Analyze data to identify patterns and trends in employee engagement, turnover, and other HR-related metrics.
  6. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and programs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
  8. Conduct research and benchmarking to support HR strategies and initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for various HR projects.
  10. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and reviewing HR data.
  11. Train and educate HR team members on the use of HR analytics tools and processes.
  12. Communicate findings and insights to senior leadership and provide recommendations for action.
  13. Continuously improve and streamline HR analytics processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics And Reporting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
