- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive membership growth for Freedom Boat Club.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns and activations that align with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and secure event partnerships and sponsorships to expand brand reach and attract potential members.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize future efforts.
- Coordinate and oversee regional marketing events, including boat shows, community events, and member appreciation events.
- Manage regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local media outlets, vendors, and community organizations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Brunswick Corporation and Freedom Boat Club at events and within the boating community.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Or Sales, Preferably In The Boating Or Recreational Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Midwest Market And Consumer Behavior.
Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
