- Develop and implement regional marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive membership growth in the Greater Tampa Bay market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals and initiatives.
- Plan and execute promotional events and activities to engage with potential members and showcase the benefits of Freedom Boat Club.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Or Advertising, Preferably In The Marine Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of The Greater Tampa Bay Market And Its Boating Community.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Club Members, Partners, And Vendors.
