We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as the Regional Marketing Activation Specialist for the Greater Tampa Bay Region at Brunswick.   1. Develop and implement regional marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive membership growth in the Greater Tampa Bay market.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing decisions.
  3. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals and initiatives.
  4. Plan and execute promotional events and activities to engage with potential members and showcase the benefits of Freedom Boat Club.
  5. Create compelling and targeted marketing materials, including digital and print assets, to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential members.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with local media outlets to secure press coverage and maximize exposure for the club.
  7. Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  10. Represent Freedom Boat Club at industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential partners and affiliates.
  11. Manage regional marketing budget and ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with other departments and team members to support overall company objectives.
  13. Continuously seek out new and innovative marketing opportunities to enhance the club's presence in the Greater Tampa Bay market.
  14. Uphold brand standards and ensure all marketing materials are compliant with company guidelines.
  15. Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for Freedom Boat Club, promoting our values and mission within the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Or Advertising, Preferably In The Marine Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Greater Tampa Bay Market And Its Boating Community.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Club Members, Partners, And Vendors.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns, Including Digital And Traditional Channels.
