  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive member experience program to enhance the overall boating experience for Freedom Boat Club members.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery for members.
  3. Conduct regular member surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve the member experience program.
  4. Plan and organize member events, activities, and trips to create unforgettable experiences for members.
  5. Create and maintain relationships with marinas and other boating-related businesses to offer exclusive benefits and discounts to members.
  6. Train and educate staff on best practices for providing exceptional customer service to members.
  7. Manage member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Monitor and analyze member satisfaction metrics and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the member experience program remains competitive.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Freedom Boat Club and promote the company's values and mission to members.
  11. Develop and maintain a budget for the member experience program, including event planning and purchasing of necessary supplies.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the member experience program and increase member engagement.
  13. Participate in company meetings and provide updates on the member experience program.
  14. Ensure all operations and activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve the member experience program to meet the evolving needs and preferences of members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Member Experience Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Members And Team Members Remotely.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Member Retention Strategies.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Boating Industry And/Or Experience With Boat Clubs Is Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team, Including Remote Team Members.
