Freedom Boat Club, the nation's premier boat club, is seeking a Marine Repair Technician to join our team in Venice, FL at Brunswick. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of boats and equipment, ensuring they are in top condition for our members to enjoy. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to providing exceptional service.   1. Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on boats and equipment to ensure they are in excellent working condition for members to use.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues with boats and equipment.
  3. Create and maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for boat repair and maintenance.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns with boats and equipment.
  6. Proactively identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner to prevent any disruptions to member usage.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on boats and equipment.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of all repair and maintenance tasks.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to members by promptly addressing any repair or maintenance needs.
  11. Stay informed about current and upcoming club events and activities to assist in planning and preparing boats and equipment accordingly.
  12. Continuously improve repair and maintenance processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Attend training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in boat repair and maintenance.
  14. Take ownership and pride in the work performed, ensuring all boats and equipment are in top condition and ready for use by members.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and standards.
